Spencer is the Director of Operations working out of the Salina office. He is currently studying to become a licensed advisor to assist with his current duties. Spencer grew up in Lenexa, KS and received his bachelor’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Kansas State University. Before joining the Smoky Hill Team, he worked in IT and Operations for a Truck Parts Supplier out of Overland Park, KS. Spencer and his wife, Dani, recently moved to Lindsborg, KS with their son, Landon, and their two Australian Shepherds, Colt, and Lola.
